Services

I will work with your group or organization to create a strategic planning process that is appropriate for your current capacity. This may include:

Convening a community advisory board;
Conducting a community needs assessment (including surveys, interviews, and/or focus groups) and analyzing/presenting the findings;
Refining organizational mission and vision and developing strategic goals, objectives, and associated measures/benchmarks;
Creating a work plan to track success;
Drafting a written Strategic Plan; and/or
Presenting the Strategic Plan to key stakeholders

Past experience

For the projects listed below, I was involved in the following aspects: developing agendas and communicating with designated library staff; designing and analyzing surveys; conducting and analyzing key informant interviews; transcribing and analyzing focus groups; facilitating and co-facilitating meetings of staff and key community stakeholders; working with community members and staff to create goals, objectives, and measurements; developing work plans; and drafting and editing written Strategic Plans.
