Workshops & Group Facilitation

Group Facilitation

There are many times in an organization when having a neutral, outside person facilitate a staff meeting or a meeting with key stakeholders is essential to moving forward. I will meet with the group that is planning the meeting to determine meeting goals and objectives, facilitate the meeting, and provide a summary report.

My facilitation style is designed to engage all participant and develop genuine relationships across diverse cultures and backgrounds. I approach this work using an anti-racist lens, with a commitment to let traditionally marginalized voices lead the conversations. I have completed training on Fundamentals of Facilitation for Racial Justice Work with the Interaction Institute for Social Change.
